Too much time on my hands..

This is what I did today with some of my time. It was so easy and I can't believe how cute it turned out.

Every time I print pictures for scrapbooking, I always end up having extras I want to put up in the house. To hang the pictures, I usually need a frame and a place to put the frame. Instead, I thought I'll just hang a ribbon with some nails and then just use paper clips to attach the pictures.

I thought about it some more and figured I would put the nails and the ribbon through a pair of button holes. I put buttons on the top of the paper clips just to make them look cuter. The smile is made from vinyl letters I made using my Cricut machine (which I love so much!)

That's pretty much it!

P.S. Matt typed this out, that's why it is grammatically correct...and free of typos...I hope.

Home Decor

Here's what i've been up to lately....

I did these cute letters today with my Circut machine, it was so easy! I've been trying to find something to put on that wall in Jacobs bathroom, and have had no success. And I figured i'll try this out for a while and if I don't like I'll just pull the vinyl letters off. But I think they look pretty cute.

I got the shelf at Ross, like 2 months ago and just loved it! I didn't know where put it. And then the mirror I got form my moms work (they are closing the store and just gave it to me! I think it's b/c every time I went in there, I would ask if they could sell it to me, but it was display only. So this time they were like just take it.) And then I got the star and candle at Big Lots (you'd be surprised at some of the stuff you can get there) And the "live laugh love" I got a couple years ago as a b-day present, and those 3 picture frames were attached it to. I'm pretty proud of myself, but anyways sorry for the long explanation.

Thats all for now! Have a great day!

Swimming Lessons

Jacob just finished up his swimming lessons at Hamilton Aquatic Center in Chandler. I think he had a lot of fun, although he screamed a lot too :)

Gotta have sunscreen!

Mom, can we swim now?

Ok, let's go!

Yummy!

1, 2, 3 ... JUMP!

My favorite pic!

Look at those cute little curls.

Splash, splash, splash!

Jacob to the rescue!

Don't drop me mommy...

All done!
